After reviewing the Acti TCM-1231 I don't know if there is better IP bullet camera available for the money. This camera has megapixel resolution, 2 way audio, motion detection and WDR.
WDR filters out bright lights that show up behind the subject you are trying to capture.
It also has a varifocal lens, IR LEDS and can be powered over the network with PoE.
All this for under $500.00.
I strongly recommend the Acti TCM-1231 for anyone looking for comprehensive surveillance in a high security environment.
